INVESTOR MEMBERS

Investor members of Italian Tech Alliance are Venture Capital fund management companies (in the form of asset management companies or similar or equivalent forms, such as holding companies or SIS), Venture Capital funds of funds, Corporate Venture Capital, organised Business Angels or Family Offices that meet the following requirements:

  • They have made investments in Italy or in companies abroad with significant activities in Italy;

  • They are in the process of investing in Italy;

  • They have made or are planning to make a significant part of their investments in Italian Startups.

Investitori

ENTREPRENEUR MEMBERS

Start-ups or SMEs established as joint stock companies for less than 15 years can be Entrepreneur Members, provided they meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • Having received investment or funding from Founding or Ordinary Members; 

  • or being established in Italy or, if abroad, having relevant activities in Italy, and having raised at least one funding round of Euro 500,000.

SUPPORTING MEMBERS

Individuals who are neither investors nor entrepreneurs but who play a role in the venture capital and start-up ecosystem, such as consultancies, law firms, universities, research centres, trade associations and professional firms, can be Supporting Members.
